Welcome to eBhatta ERP. By downloading, installing, accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you should not use the App.
2. Description of Service
eBhatta ERP is a cloud-based enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution designed for brick kiln businesses.
The App provides features including business management, production tracking, order management, payment management, reporting and other operational tools.
3. User Responsibilities
By using the App, you agree to:
- Provide accurate account information.
- Keep your login credentials secure.
- Use the App only for lawful business purposes.
- Not misuse, disrupt or interfere with the App or its services.
- Respect permissions assigned by your company administrator.
4. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities performed under your account.
You should immediately notify your company administrator if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
5. Company Data
Business information entered into eBhatta ERP remains the property of your organization.
Authorized users may access company data only according to the permissions granted by the company administrator.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Attempt unauthorized access to any account or company data.
- Upload malicious software or harmful content.
- Reverse engineer or modify the App.
- Use the App for fraudulent or illegal activities.
- Interfere with the operation or security of the service.
7. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted service. However, availability may occasionally be affected by maintenance, software updates, technical issues or circumstances beyond our control.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue certain features when necessary to improve the service.
8. Intellectual Property
eBhatta ERP, including its software, branding, design, documentation and related content, is the intellectual property of Amrita Tech Consultancy unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, distribute, reproduce or commercially exploit any part of the App without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
eBhatta ERP is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the reliability of the App, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Amrita Tech Consultancy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from the use of the App.
10. Termination
Access to the App may be suspended or terminated if a user violates these Terms & Conditions or engages in activities that may harm the service or other users.
Company administrators may also revoke user access in accordance with their organization's policies.
11. Changes to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time.
Continued use of eBhatta ERP after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
